Follow setup progress and finish your organisation’s Teams setup.
Will I need a Microsoft administrator?
You can start with your work account. Your organisation’s sign-in rules may ask an administrator to approve access.
A Teams Administrator or Global Administrator can upload your coworker's app to your organisation's Teams app list. A Global Administrator or Privileged Role Administrator can approve the Microsoft permissions.
If that is not you, the setup pages explain what to pass to your administrator. Signing in does not complete these organisation approvals.
